About the Baldrige Foundation
The Foundation for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award—commonly known as the Baldrige Foundation—was established during the Reagan Administration to support the nation's commitment to organizational excellence, innovation, and competitiveness. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Foundation serves as the private-sector partner to the federal Baldrige Performance Excellence Program and is dedicated to advancing performance excellence across all sectors of the economy.
